India Vs Pakistan: World T20 Finals 2007

One of the memorable matches; that leave a special memory for cricket lovers is the first World T20 between the most rival team India & Pakistan. The clash was held at Wanderers in Johannesburg. India won the toss & decided to go batting first, Gautam Gambhir being the opening batsman smashed 75 from 54 balls along with 8 four & 2 sixes. Rohit Sharma played with late runs to score 30 off 16 balls, India ended up scoring 157 for 5 wickets in 20 overs. 

On the other hand, Pakistan was lagging behind after every passing over & reached only 77-6 even after 12 overs. Misbah-ul-Haq held the innings with 43 runs only. Later on, Misbah was caught with the fine leg of Sreesanth. India celebrates their iconic victory in the first T20 tournament. 

West Indies Vs England: World T20 Final in 2016

In 2016, cricket enthusiasts got another interesting match to keep in memory. At Eden Garden, the West Indies Vs England match was held for the World T20 finals. 

In the initial two overs, England lost both the openers and ended up with the target score of 155-9. Joe Root contributed his half-century to add-on more scores. 

During the second inning, West Indies chased the score & Eoin Morgan left the team with just 5-2, later on, west indies managed to score 104-5 when five overs were remaining. Marlon Samuels took charge and smashed 85 off 66; Carlos Brathwaite also sought good attention during the match.

In the end, Ben strokes smashed fours to lead the team & finally mark the victory for the team.

T20 Match: West Indies Vs South Africa 2015

A fantastic match for spectators when the second game of the three-match series was held between South Africa & West Indies. After losing the first match, South African player -  Proteas was in proper form, and the team finally ended up scoring 231-7 under 20 overs. Faf du Plessis shares his best batting performance with 119 runs in 56 balls contributing to an unbeatable total. 

However, West Indies thought of turning the game, especially Chris Gayle by hitting 90 off 41 balls along with 9-fours & 7 sixes. Marlon Samuels made his contribution with 60 from 39 balls. Finally, West Indies hit the victory by scoring 236-6 leaving four balls to spare. 

T20 Match 2016: India Vs West Indies

West Indies made the entry again in the list with an amazing chasing match with India during a T20 match in 2016. In the absence of Chris Gayle, West Indies was in big doubt to touch the highest score, but still, they proved their maximum potential by scoring 245-6. Johnson Charles & Evin Lewis stepped in to take the place of Gayle, they smashed 79 & 100 runs respectively contributing to the final score.

Moving to the Indian team, the opener of the team - Rohit Sharma smashed 62 runs & KL Rahul in 4th position contributed his unbeatable score of 110 without losing the wicket. MS Dhoni smashed a good score of 43 runs in 25 balls. 

Finally, West Indies took the victory cup & won by 1 run. Also, this match records as the highest aggregate total run in a single match - 489 runs. 

T20  Match Highlight 2010: New Zealand Vs Australia

One of the striking facts about this amazing match is that it made the name in the list of super over. 

New Zealand started the first inning, Brendan McCullum smashed 116 runs, and Gareth Hopkins made a score of 36 off 17. After the first inning got completed, New Zealand's final score was 214-6 after 20 overs.

Australia chasing the target score in the second inning, Michael Clarke smashed his half-century & scored 67 off 45, while Cameron White scored 64 off 26. Brad Haddin couldn’t complete his half-century & restricts to 47 runs only. Team Australia also smashed the same score of 214-4. 

After the match got the draw, New Zealand won the match in the super overs.
